If your shipment failed to arrive, it is important that you contact customer service as soon as possible with an accurate description of the goods and their packaging. It is possible that they will be able to reunite you with your shipment. If this fails, please contact customer services at info@crownaceuk.com to file a report. Should you take up an additional transit insurance cover, you will be able to recover the loss on the amount insured. Please allow a couple of weeks for the claim.
Should you have not taken up any insurance cover, you will be entitled to our free standard liability cover. Please refer to the value stated in our terms and condition
for items lost/stolen whilst in transit.
