Answer
In order that we may keep our prices to an absolute minimum, we do not include any insurance cover or charges in our prices. After all, there are a lot of our customers who want to have their goods shipped as cheaply as possible and do not require insurance. If you do not take out the additional insurance, your goods will not be covered on their journey.
In case of lost or stolen item, our standard liability cover is subject to a maximum of £40 per item (depending on the services taken). |
