After you place an on-line order through our Online order, your purchase will automatically entered in our system. You need to pay a minimum charge of £40 before we can send empty cartons and documentations to you. Cartons will usually be delivered by UPS and takes up to 3 working days.

On the collection day, please ensure that you have completed in advance all documentations given to you and your cartons are ready on the ground floor for our driver to take. Should our driver been asked to collect from above ground floor, an additional charge of £1 per cuft will apply. Please also note that no carton should weight more than 35 kilogram, otherwise an additional £1 per kg will be chargeable. A good indication of this is that you can lift and carry these cartons yourself.
