As this is an automated service, you will need to contact Crown Ace UK to stop a booking. If your items has already been picked up, you may be charged the full amount you were quoted to cancel your booking and you need to make arrangement to collect the items from our warehouse. Alternatively we may return them back to you at a charge. An administration charge of £25 will apply for each booking cancellations.
